Hi all, quick question about breathing masks.
I use a 3m 4251 which I "think" is suitable for our kinda work, particulate and vapour protection. However, I have been using it a good 4-5 months now, and wondering how to know when to replace it?
I keep it in a poly bag when not in use, and I am not wearing it all day every day like a commercial outfit. Is it just a case of waiting until it's either hard to breathe (filter blocked) or until you can smell the resins/vapours etc?
I don't mind replacing it if I should, but also trying not to throw money down the drain!
