I found an old beat up 10 foot log, shapped by hightide surfboards, behind a shead at a friend house. I haven't ever shaped a board before, but have always wanted to. I took off 6 inches, and reshaped most of the board. I made just about every mistake you can make on a board, but after days of sanding and rehotcoating, i have a finished surfboard.
