My first attempt rubbing out a PE finished board using Micro Mesh and a DA sander. No polish nor compound were used and the results were pretty good. I started using Micro Mesh on a ukulele build project. This one is on a three foot signature birthday board for my granddaugher. I started like any PE gloss coat. Sanded to 400 grit and then wet sand using the nine 5” Micro Mesh discs with my DA sander. Next I will try this on epoxy.
