I've been fixing up this old house and I found a Burning Spears under the floor. It's had a bit of butchery done to it around the tail and fins but it's mostly in pretty good condition. I don't think thew owners of the house even knew it was there. I'll be asking them later on tonight. They don't surf.
I don't think it was shaped by Al himself as it has W.L. 6'7" X 19" -2943- written on it. I'm not sure who "W.L." is. Any ideas?
I was thinking of offering about $100 for it -ie taking $100 off my bill. I'm not sure what they'll say.
Yeah, so I'm pretty excited about fixing this baby up. I reckon I'll mess round with it for a week or two. Once I've fixed all the dings I'll probably give it a nice gloss coat. I'm all ears though if anyone has any suggestions.
Once I've fixed the board I'm gonna surf it!
