Fine Line 80's board ID?

I found this board by a roadside in Newcastle NSW. Put out for recycling / trash.

Am currently in process of taking the spraypaint off it but have found no further maker's marks or signatures

I have tried to email Brian Hilbers for a positive ID and any information about it, but have had no response.

Any ideas about this board?
I am going to restore it and ride it, one way or the other, but would love to know a bit more about it.

I note that there was a thread (11 years ago) about "Fine Lines Surfboards" as a garage operation here in Newcastle. can anyone enlighten me further?
