6'9 wont fit in my board bag

But it will if i cut off the nose around 5-6 inches. Where i grew up surfing lots of good surfers would do that so the nose wouldnt hit them in the face. its an australia well known heavy slab, so these surfers knew what they were doing.

Just cuurious how much to cut off is too much?
